I've been a personal trainer for 4 years and in that time I have helped people improve their health, strength and movement quality. Coming from a Sport Science background and as a recreational athlete myself, I understand the importance of moving your body correctly to keep you doing what you love for longer.
My aim is to help you to feel strong and healthy when you move, whether that be when you run, cycle or even in day to day life.
